TEAM forms limited educational partnerships with diocese and/or denominations that yield committed and experienced local leaders. We are low-tech, and the ministries that are initiated by the participants are self-sustaining once the initial training is completed. This enables partner diocese and/or denominations to continue the ministry long-term without relying on outside funding or administration.
