This series of scripture studies provides delegates the opportunity to reflect on the hardships and joys experienced while propagating the education received in Workshop One. Delegates process these experiences through close study of Jesus' ministry and its purpose. This introduces the delegate to the concepts of biblical servant leadership and conflict resolution which will be addressed in Workshop Two. The Mid-Course self-study also includes a community assessment project to encourage the delegates to continually monitor the progress of their educational efforts as well as the changing needs of their community.
