TEAM's response to this epidemic is to build educational partnerships with the local churches. We work with a group of primarily Anglican churches to equip parish leaders from throughout the region to be effective teachers and facilitators in their communities, and through teaching, to strengthen the people’s response to this overwhelming disease. By partnering with established local churches and utilizing existing communication and coordination infrastructure, TEAM encourages HIV/AIDS education and activism in remote and rural areas that are generally underserved by governmental and non-governmental organizations.

• Small Groups: how build and use them effectively
