Workshop Three takes place three months after Workshop Two.

Deanery-level Workshop: This final workshop is conducted by the local deaneries and involves not only the delegates who have participated in TEAM’s workshops but the best trainers that have risen up from the small groups at the community level. The workshop is a chance for the delegates and their co-educators to celebrate, share best practices, encourage each other, and review key information. It is also a chance to assess TEAM’s reporting and data-gathering systems. The workshop provides the diocese with and opportunity to check in with the community-based educators and see firsthand what is happening on the ground in the diocese.
